Lauren... the bigger picture

I was born and raised in central Illinois. I am dedicated to personal growth with BIG ambitions, like really, really big! I am an educator in my soul and always have been. I have spent the majority of my adulthood and career in education and or leadership roles and now on the greatest stage of all, as a mother to a gentleman and a little lady with the best man I could ever dream of. Teaching their little souls to Thrive is an honor and a pleasure.

I have been doing makeup and hair for weddings since 2012. I have built an INCREDIBLE team of top notch makeup artists and hairstylists that make up the Thrive Bridal Team and have the absolute pleasure of learning from them as we work side by side every weekend throughout the year.

I educate for and am SO passionate about REF Stockholm professional haircare and colour line. I get to share my passion and knowledge for this incredible company and it's products with other beauty professionals all over the country. Education always has been and will continue to be at the forefront of how I run my business. If I am not growing and learning, I can't give that back to my clients.

I am filled with sunshine and light that permeates every encounter with every client. Nothing makes me feel better than to make others feel confident. I am truly a beauty guru and would love to discuss any hair, skin, makeup, nail questions you may have.
