Wedding Day Logistics

On the wedding day, the makeup will be done following a timeline, we schedule 30 minutes per person for makeup and 45 minutes per person for hair. We take the next person for hair and makeup as artists finish and people are ready. The bride must communicate the importance of being on time and properly prepared. The bride must confirm and commit to the number of services stated in contract. Charges will include all people stated listed there. Any additional added services will be added time permitting, but less services than the submitted amount will still be paid for as we plan our schedules based on time needed for the number of services expected. The stylist(s) need a designated space to set up when on location, and the bride is responsible for clearing an area before the stylist arrives. The hair and makeup stylist(s) will need a work area with a chair near an outlet (for airbrush and curling irons) in a no walk-through traffic area. Good light and a mirror are a plus! If services cannot be performed due to insufficient work conditions or tardiness, all fees still apply.

 

Please send your signed service contract to thrivesalonandspa@gmail.com and set up a time to call to put your card on your account for your $100 deposit and to complete your invoice for the day of your wedding for all contact-less and easy payment! Feel free to provide this over the phone to Lauren Foran, the owner who is the only one with access to this information.

Investment Details:

●      Deposit: $100 non-refundable deposit required to secure wedding date. This will go towards the cost of services.

●      $300 minimum to book services on site, exceptions can be made, please inquire.

●      All services requested in the contract will be paid for through square invoice, so as to not interrupt the day of the wedding and for bridal parties rushing out of the door for photos at the end of our time together. The bride will receive a text or email with a link to the invoice and the opportunity to pay digitally. Cash or check will be accepted onsite as well. Storing a card on file is required as part of your deposit.

Trial Run:
A preview session or trial is recommended for the bride. This needs to be on our schedule at least 30 days prior to the wedding day. Based on availability, the actual appointment can be up to 1 day before the wedding. When a deposit is made ahead of time, there are no charges for the day of the trial, but are invoiced the day of the wedding, less your $100 deposit. If a contract is not yet signed and deposit has not yet been made, payment for trial services is due upon completion in the salon. Trials are available and welcomed for any part of the wedding party. The remaining balance of the services rendered for the trial will be added to the final cost of all services due on the day of the wedding.

Wedding Day:
The bride agrees the total will be paid in full for the services initially requested per the contract. The total amount due is based on the wedding day services contracted. If additional services are requested once on location, the bride is responsible that all additional services are paid for that day. The payment will be sent via square invoice sent to bride the day before the wedding to avoid any issues.

Travel:
Travel fees are $1/per mile greater than 30 miles from the salon per artist. If you are outside of the 30 mile radius, the full distance is calculated for travel.

*Client is responsible for parking fees or access to parking garages accrued when on-location for all artists.​​​​​​​

Destination weddings are welcomed and quoted on an individual basis. Client is expected to cover travel expenses such as flight and hotel. For any location over 100 miles away, a hotel may be required.

​Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your services at any time. Your deposit will not be refunded. In the event of sickness, accident, act of god or other reasons beyond control that Thrive Salon and Spa Artists are subject to unavailability, efforts will be made to assist you in making other arrangements and a full refund will be provided.
