The Team at Thrive
This year we have enjoyed a rollercoaster of what our day to day looks like. The good news is that in order to THRIVE, we will always do what is best for your safety and the safety of our team. This is what we are doing now to keep us all safe. After all, we are in this together!
Masks are required by both guests and employees at all times while in the salon
All guests are required to wash their hands or use hand sanitizer immediately upon arrival in the salon
We request a minimum of belongings are brought in with each guest
All surfaces & implements are disinfected with hospital grade disinfectant between each client
Self Pay is a payment option that is touch free and sent directly to your phone. We will be moving forward towards exclusive use so there is no unnecessary touching of our card reader
We accept cast, but not offering change at this time. All card payment types are accepted as well as apple/google pay
We are complying with all state capacity guidelines
Our team members are taking time off as necessary and are only working when they are healthy.
We are once again offering beverages in the salon to all guests!

IN ORDER TO CONTINUE PROVIDING THE BEST POSSIBLE SCHEDULING OPTIONS TO OUR GUESTS, WE DO REQUIRE 48 HOURS NOTICE SHOULD YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE YOUR VISIT WITH US. IN THE EVENT OF A CANCELLATION WITH LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE A 25% PER SERVICE FEE DOES APPLY AND WILL BE DUE BEFORE A NEW APPOINTMENT IS SCHEDULED.

WE STRIVE TO OFFER OUR CLIENTS THE HIGHEST LEVEL OF GUEST SATISFACTION. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCTS YOU HAVE PERUCHASED, WE DO NOT WANT YOU TO FEEL AS IF YOU ARE STUCK WITH THEM. PLEASE BRING THEM BACK TO THE SALON WITHIN 7 DAYS FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND.
Coming from North Neil Street or I-74, take the Neil Street exit past Green Street, you will turn right into the ally leading back to our parking lot behind the salon, the first place you can turn right after William Street.
Coming from South Neil/Savoy, the first left after Charles street, turn into our ally to park behind the building!
Be sure to park in our lot behind the 1 story brick building and enter near the accessible parking spot and take the elevator to the 2nd floor.
